After medical school, Dr. Hassoun, MD, attended South Dakota State University, where he obtained a Master's Degree in biochemistry. He then completed a surgical residency at the University of Hawaii Integrated residency program before moving to Oklahoma to complete a Urology residency at the University of Oklahoma.
Since 1995, Dr. Hassoun, MD, has been in the private practice of urology in Oklahoma City. He served as the Western Oklahoma Urologic Society president in 1996, the Oklahoma State Urology Association in 2015, and the Oklahoma County medical society in 2022.

Weston Morgan, APRN-CNP
Nurse Practitioner
Weston Morgan, APRN-CNP, completed his Nursing degree at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating, Weston began his career at Integris Baptist on the Urology floor. He also spent time at Norman Regional on the bariatric surgical floor recovering patients after bariatric weight loss surgery. He then moved on to pursue a passion for Emergency nursing at Mercy Hospital, where he spent the last six years. During this time, he felt a calling to pursue his graduate degree and obtained his Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner.
As an NP, Weston has worked alongside Dr. Basel Hassoun in the specialty of Urology. With Dr. Hassoun’s leadership and mentorship, Weston has developed a passion for Men’s Health. He helped guide and treat patients suffering from sexual dysfunction and low testosterone, plus numerous conditions unique to men. Weston looks forward to helping men holistically and functionally while utilizing cutting-edge technology and the most up-to-date treatments and practices.
Tom Ray, LPN
Tom Ray, LPN, has been a nurse for 22 years. He was enlisted in the U.S. Army for nine years, serving the country he loves. He was born and raised in Oklahoma and is married to his wife, Shannon. They have two sons, Levi and Logan. Ray is a lover of animals and all things outdoors. Hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, and fishing with his sons are among his favorite pastimes. He enjoys helping people, and spending time with his family is of the utmost importance.
Ray graduated from McAlester Tech's nursing program and attended Oklahoma State University.
Holley Hilterbrand
Holley Hilterbrand grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, and attended Westmoore High School. She then went on to Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Management. After graduating college, Holley moved to Colorado for three years to experience mountain life. She enjoyed the wildlife and nature Colorado has to offer. Holley recently moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to her parents and older sister. When she isn’t working, Holley loves to spend time with family and friends and try new restaurants. She also enjoys concerts, art exhibits, musicals, and attending operas.
William Downing
Executive Director
William Downing graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 1993 with a BS in Accounting. He has more than 20 years of Healthcare sales and service experience. He also understands the needs of Oklahomans well, with over 40 years of experience in farming and ranching. Downing is the proud father of six children, three boys, and three girls. He lives an extremely active lifestyle, with hobbies that include snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking, hunting, fishing, cross-country dirtbike racing, and street bikes.
He enjoys riding UTVs in the mountains and sand dunes, playing basketball on the driveway with kids, and watching college football. Most of all, he enjoys a date night with his wife and spending time with family and friends. Downing is on a lifelong mission to help people and believes one’s legacy is the memories and stories passed on about you when you are gone. “Make them great!”
